Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction is seeking a Ready-Mix Plant Supervisor to oversee concrete plant operations, maintain equipment, and ensure timely product delivery to clients. The role emphasizes safety, data accuracy, and collaboration with the Plant Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in ready-mix concrete, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lead and coach plant staff while complying with DOT/OSHA/EPA standards. The position is full-time and on-site at the Idaho plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ready-mix concrete and related products.
• Ability to direct, motivate, and coach plant staff.
• Understanding of safety practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly and monthly safety meetings and promote safe behavior.
• Coordinate production schedules with Plant Manager and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure batching, scale, and gate accuracy and monitor material quality.
• Supervise plant personnel and assist with hiring and performance reviews.
• Maintain payroll hours data and audit time entry daily.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor equipment condition.
