CalPortland is seeking a Ready Mix Plant Manager to oversee daily operations of a ready-mix concrete plant within our mining and materials network. You will lead production, safety, and performance improvements across the site.

You will manage scheduling, batching quality, inventory, and equipment reliability while coordinating with dispatch, sales, and maintenance teams to drive KPI-led results and safe, sustainable operations.
