Job summary

You will lead multiple plants, coordinate drivers, and drive sales while ensuring safety and efficiency across operations. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven ability to develop client relationships, identify new markets, and manage the full sales process from quote to delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Concrete/industry knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must maintain a Class B CDL with air brakes.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple plants, mixer drivers, and sales.
• Perform daily equipment and site inspections to identify unsafe conditions.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate with quality control.
• Operate ready-mix plant safely and efficiently.
• Develop relationships with current and potential clients in the market.
