Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be motivated and self-starter with the drive to expand job knowledge and skills
• Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining positive interactions with others
• Possess a valid Idaho driver license with a clean record
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, strip, and oil concrete block forms
• Assist in maintenance and housekeeping of concrete slab areas
• Help customers with rebar and retail supply orders
• Ensure all safety policies are followed to prevent unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors
• Operate the Telehandler & Skid steer with training provided
