Job summary

You will work with the Concrete Plant Manager and Dispatch to maintain continuous production, document inspections, and help with batching operations while following environmental and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Willingness to follow environmental regulations and safety protocols.
• Experience with material handling and plant operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the concrete plant and equipment regularly to ensure readiness.
• Monitor aggregate and admixture inventory; manage hoppers.
• Operate yard equipment and comply with safety standards.
• Perform daily inspections and document findings.
• Support batching operations and dispatch communications.
• Maintain a clean and organized plant and yard area.
