Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B).
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma preferred; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepared to work, reporting to the Driver Trainer.
• Safely drive the ready-mix truck to and from job sites and deliver loads.
• Adhere to safety regulations (FMCSA, OSHA) to maintain a safe environment.
• Ensure safe, timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites.
• Inspect and adjust loads for safe delivery.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and readiness for operations.
