Qualifications

• Valid CDL A or B license and ability to read/speak English.
• Clean CSA and MVR with no recent DUI/DWI.

• FMCSA Clearinghouse not prohibited.

Responsibilities

• Punctuality: Arrive on time and prepared to work, reporting to the Driver Trainer.
• Safe Operation: Safely drive the ready-mix truck to and from job sites.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety regulations per company, DOT, and OSHA guidelines.
• Delivery & Timing: Ensure safe and timely delivery of concrete loads.
• Load Inspection & Adjustments: Inspect loads for safe delivery.
• Concrete Mix Quality: Estimate slump and ensure correct color and consistency.
• Equipment Maintenance: Keep truck and equipment clean and ready for use.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service and maintain a professional image.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with dispatch and other team members.
