Preferred Materials - Concrete Division, part of CRH South Division, is hiring a Ready-Mix Driver to operate a concrete truck across Florida job sites from our Tampa headquarters.

The role emphasizes safety, on-time deliveries, and maintaining product integrity while working with dispatch and field crews. We offer competitive pay, production bonuses, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B license is required and DOT medical card must be current.
• Two years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites.
• Complete all required inspections and documentation.
• Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product integrity.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel.
• Maintain a clean truck and work environment.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, entering/exiting cab, and working outdoors.
• Support operations as needed, including occasional travel to nearby facilities.
