Job summary

American Rock Products in Pasco, WA, is seeking a Mixer Driver to operate a concrete mixer truck and deliver ready mix to diverse job sites. You will ensure product quality, follow dispatch instructions, and maintain safety and customer service at all times.

The role offers on-site work with opportunities for overtime and training to advance in an industry-leading CRH family company. A Class A or B CDL is required, along with a current DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• Current Class A or B CDL with self-certification of non-excepted interstate and current DOT medical card.
• Ability to operate manual transmission.
• Demonstrates safety-minded approach and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Operate ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to job sites safely and efficiently.
• May add materials to concrete mix and ensure product quality.
• Maintain communication with Dispatcher and check delivery tickets for instructions.
• Record deliveries and signatures; maintain logs and reports per policy and DOT rules.
• Assist with shop cleanliness and participate in ongoing safety programs.
