Job summary

Associated Ready Mixed Concrete in California is seeking a reliable Ready-Mix Driver to operate a concrete mixer truck and deliver to job sites. You will follow all federal and state regulations while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Starting pay is $32.00 per hour after paid training, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401k, and opportunities for overtime. A valid California CDL with air brake and tanker endorsements is required.

Qualifications

• Valid California Class A or B CDL with air brake and tanker endorsements.
• Manual transmission driving ability required.
• High school diploma or GED. Safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive concrete mixer truck safely and deliver to job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck.
• Keep truck clean and maintain equipment; report needed repairs.
• Maintain accurate driving records and logs.
• Provide courteous, high-quality customer service to dispatchers and customers.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
