Job summary

Bristol Management Services in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites. The role requires safe, reliable driving and compliance with Federal and State laws.

Starting pay is $22–$31 per hour after paid training, with benefits such as PTO, 401k, overtime, and direct deposit. Paid training is available for candidates with Class A/B licenses with air brake and tanker endorsements.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid unrestricted California CDL (Group A or B).
• Air Brake and Tanker Endorsement.
• Safe driving record.
• Knowledge of road construction materials and processes.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck safely and deliver to location for unloading.
• Operate mixer and receive loads via loading hopper.
• Move levers to release concrete and place where needed.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report repairs.
• Maintain clean vehicle and equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Maintain accurate driving records and communicate with dispatch.
