Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a CDL driver to safely operate ready-mix concrete trucks delivering to customer job sites. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation.

You will load, transport, and discharge concrete while maintaining product quality and communicate with dispatch, customers, and teammates to support efficient operations. The role demands safety focus and independent work.

What You'll Be Doing

What Are We Looking For

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
