Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Ready Mix Driver I to safely operate a ready-mix truck and deliver concrete to customer job sites. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain delivery records, and ensure timely, high-quality service while upholding safety policies and procedures.

The role requires a CDL, strong safety and customer-service mindset, and the ability to work with customers and team members in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and ability to maintain a safe driving record.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Deliver quality product in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation.
• Follow company safety policies, traffic laws, and operating procedures at all times.
