Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is hiring a full-time Ready Mix Truck Driver to deliver concrete to customer sites on schedule. You will operate a ready mix truck safely, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain product quality.

You will communicate with dispatch and site personnel, follow safety procedures and company policies, and participate in safety initiatives. A CDL with a clean driving record and strong customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles and perform vehicle inspections.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Capability to work independently, manage delivery schedules, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
• Load, transport, and unload concrete while maintaining product quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Follow all safety procedures, traffic regulations, and company policies.
