Job summary

Titan Florida, a wholly owned subsidiary of Titan America LLC, is seeking a CDL B driver to safely operate and deliver perishable products. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and communicate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.

We value safety and customer service, requiring at least one year of CDL driving experience, and willingness to work outdoors with flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class B CDL and maintain a clean driving record.
• Safety-conscious for self and others in all tasks.
• Pass pre-employment process including DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR checks.
• Minimum one year of driving experience with CDL.
• Ready-mix industry knowledge or related industry a plus

Responsibilities

• Safely operate truck in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Load and deliver perishable product to customers ensuring quality and service.
• Assist with plant maintenance, cleanup and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Operate truck to receive load, evaluate slump and drive to job site.
• Complete all forms, tickets and required paperwork timely.
• Keep inside and outside of truck clean.
• Communicate with dispatch, maintenance and plant management to ensure smooth information flow.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude toward driving.
• Perform physical tasks including repetitive movements and climbing on the truck as needed

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate truck in accordance with all applicable Federal, state, and company regulations.
• Efficiently load and deliver perishable product to customer striving to provide quality and good customer service.
• Follow procedures to ensure truck is safe to operate. When not performing driving, duties assist with plant maintenance, cleanup and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Complete required pre and post trip inspections reporting necessary maintenance as required.
• Operate truck to receive load, evaluate slump and drive to job site. Safely maneuver truck on job site, attach chutes to discharge material, clean truck to minimize concrete buildup.
• Complete all forms, tickets and required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Keep inside and outside of truck clean.
• Communicate with dispatch, maintenance and plant management to facilitate the flow of information required to provide good customer service.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for driving.
• Ability to operate equipment, tools, controls, radio, perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists and feet, frequent reaching, climbing (up and down the truck several times a day), stooping, kneeling, crouching and sitting.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Possess a valid Class B CDL and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Display a professional and courteous attitude to internal/external customers and team members.
• Safety conscious for self and others.
• Ability to pass pre-employment process, including criminal background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Report
• Ready-mix industry knowledge or related industry a plus
• Minimum one year of driving experience with the CDL License.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work outdoors with exposure to high and low temperatures and other outdoor environmental conditions.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and OT.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent reaching, climbing (up and down the truck several times a day), stooping, kneeling, crouching and sitting
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., multiple times a day
• Operate equipment, tools, and controls, performing repetitive movements with hands, wrists and feet
