Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Mixer Driver to operate a concrete mixer truck, delivering to customer sites with safety and accuracy. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain documentation.

You will communicate with dispatch and plant staff, provide excellent customer service, and represent the company professionally while working outdoors in construction environments.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

• This role involves working outdoors and at active construction sites. The Mixer Driver regularly operates heavy equipment, climbs in and out of vehicles, and performs physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and inspecting equipment. Safety‑focused behavior and situational awareness are essential in this dynamic environment.

What We Offer

• $40.84 to $40.84 per hour
