Job summary

Preferred Materials - Concrete Division, a CRH Company, is seeking a safety‑driven Ready‑Mix Driver to deliver concrete to job sites across Florida. You will operate trucks, perform inspections, and ensure product integrity while following DOT and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must pass all pre-employment screenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate automatic transmission trucks and occasional manual transmissions.
• Two years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ready-mix experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites.
• Complete all required inspections and documentation.
• Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product integrity.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel.
• Maintain a clean truck and work environment.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, entering/exiting cab, and working outdoors.
• Support operations as needed, including occasional travel to nearby facilities.
