Job summary

Preferred Materials - Concrete Division, a CRH company in Florida, seeks safety‑driven Ready‑Mix Drivers to join our team. You will operate trucks, deliver to job sites, and ensure product quality and safety while supporting dispatch and field staff.

Qualifications

• Must pass all pre-employment screenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Two years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with current DOT medical card (required).
• Ready‑mix experience a plus.
• Ability to operate automatic and occasional manual transmission trucks.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ready‑mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites.
• Complete all required inspections and documentation.
• Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product integrity.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel.
• Maintain a clean truck and work environment.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, entering/exiting cab, and working outdoors.
• Support operations as needed, including occasional travel to nearby facilities.
