Job summary

Primary Job Function

• Drive a ready mix mixer truck to plant and work sites, discharge loads.
• Hose down the truck between trips, maintain cleanliness, and handle extension chutes weighing 30–50 lbs.
• Perform routine lifting of 25–50 lbs and operating adjustments to equipment.
• Navigate uneven and slippery surfaces, climb, stoop, bend, squat, stretch, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, shovels). Operate in hot or cold conditions. Overtime required.
• Pass DOT physical/drug screen and adhere to company safety policy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training preferred.
• Class A or B driver's license and mandatory driver qualification standards.
• Must possess current medical card or ability to obtain one.
• No DUI within the last 2 years.
• Minimal moving violations.
• Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain respectful relationships.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
