Job summary

Riccelli Northern, LLC is seeking a Ready-Mix Concrete Driver to safely deliver concrete to residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will operate a mixer truck, perform DOT-compliant inspections, and maintain accurate delivery logs in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Candidate should hold a valid CDL Class A or B, have reliable communication skills, and be prepared for early mornings, overtime, and weekends as needed. Local routes and safety are emphasized in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CDL Class A or B with a clean driving record.
• Ready-mix delivery experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Ready-Mix concrete truck to deliver to various construction sites.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and follow all DOT and company safety standards.
• Load, transport, and unload concrete while maintaining proper mix, slump, and quality specifications.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and job-site personnel to ensure smooth, timely deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of truck and mixer drum; prevent buildup and ensure proper operation.
• Accurately complete delivery tickets, driving logs, and required DOT documentation.

Position Summary:

The Ready-Mix Concrete Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete to residential, commercial, industrial, and public works construction sites. Operating a commercial mixer truck requiring a CDL Class B license, this position ensures timely delivery, proper handling of concrete products, and exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
