Job summary

CRH, including Preferred Materials - Concrete Division in Florida, seeks safety‑minded Ready‑Mix Driver to deliver concrete to job sites across regions. You will operate trucks, perform inspections, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring product integrity and timely service.

Qualified candidates hold a valid CDL (Class A or B), pass pre‑employment screenings, and can work a flexible schedule. Company offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits with growth opportunities.

• Strong communication and comprehension skills.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate automatic and occasional manual transmission trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites.
• Complete all required inspections and documentation.
• Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product integrity.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel.
• Maintain a clean truck and work environment.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, entering/exiting cab, and working outdoors.
• Support operations as needed, including occasional travel to nearby facilities.
