Job summary

The Mississippi Department of Employment Security seeks a Concrete Mixer Truck Driver for a concrete manufacturing company located in Grenada, MS. You will operate a concrete mixer truck and perform routine inspections to ensure proper loading and delivery.

This role requires climbing to access the mixer and frequent cab entry/exit across shifts. Must be at least 21, hold a valid CDL A or B with 12 months of recent commercial driving experience, and pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL with at least 12 months of commercial driving experience in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT qualifications including physical, drug screen, and background check required.
• Ability to work variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive a concrete mixer truck.
• Frequent mounting and dismounting from truck cab.
• Climb 10' to 12' ladder and inspect each load visually inside mixer drum.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Driving a concrete mixer truck
• Frequent mounting and dismounting from truck cab.
• Climbing mixer ladder 10' to 12' and moving to top of mixer unit to look inside mixer drum for purpose of visually inspecting each load of concrete.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a class A or B license with at least 12 months commercial driving experience in the last 3 years.
• Must pass D.O.T. qualifications (physical, drug screen, background check).
• Must be able to work variable shifts.
