Advanced Concrete, Inc. is seeking dependable CDL drivers to join a locally owned, family‑operated ready‑mix company serving the Madison area. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and professional customer service in daily concrete deliveries.

We offer competitive pay, overtime after 8 hours, comprehensive health benefits, PTO and holidays, and a team‑oriented work environment. Training is available for the right candidate who can lift 75 lbs and operate in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL (Class A accepted).
• Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate is required.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety are essential.
• Dependable, hardworking, team‑oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ready‑mix experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a ready‑mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to residential and commercial jobsites.
• Complete required pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Coordinate with dispatch, plant personnel, contractors, and customers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and professional truck.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and jobsite tasks.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a ready‑mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to residential and commercial jobsites.
