SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. If you are safety‑mocused, service‑oriented, and dedicated, you’ll represent SRM at every job site with professionalism and care.

You will operate concrete mixer trucks, ensuring timely deliveries, proper loading, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Home daily with local routes and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at every site and represent SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and coordinate with dispatch and plant teams.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM's pre-employment screenings.
