Smyrna Ready Mix, LLC is seeking a CDL mixer operator who delivers ready mix to commercial and residential sites while upholding SRM’s safety and service standards. You’ll represent SRM at job sites, ensure accurate deliveries, and work with dispatch to optimize routes.

The role requires a current Class A or B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and a proven safe driving record. Expect home daily, overtime after 8 hours, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols (DOT, OSHA) to protect crew and public.
• Keep accurate delivery records and coordinate with dispatch.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
