Job summary

Central Supply Company, a CRH company, is seeking a CDL Class B Ready-Mix Truck Driver to deliver concrete to construction sites across our service area. You will operate, inspect, and maintain the mixer truck while following dispatch instructions and safety protocols.

The role requires reading tickets, handling customer inquiries, and collecting payments where applicable. Applicants must meet CDL requirements and be prepared for variable hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid minimum class B CDL or at the completion of training must pass the CDL exam and attain licensure.
• High school diploma preferred or equivalent; or minimum one year of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to construction sites, following dispatch instructions.
• Maintains cleanliness of truck and work area; performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Adheres to OSHA and USDOT/FMCSA safety practices; uses PPE as directed.
• Reads delivery tickets and documents transactions; collects payments as required.
• Maintains communication with Dispatcher or Plant Supervisor regarding deliveries.
