Job summary

Heidelberg Materials in Charleston, WV is looking for a safety‑minded Ready‑Mix Driver to deliver concrete to customer job sites. You will operate a ready‑mix truck, perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, and maintain delivery documentation.

You will communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries, keep the vehicle clean, follow all safety guidelines for a zero‑incident workplace, and adhere to FMCSA testing requirements. This is a full‑time role with union benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass post-offer physical, drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Ability to operate ready-mix equipment and related systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
