California State University, Stanislaus in Turlock, CA, is seeking student assistants to support Financial Aid through reading tutoring and program support. Positions are temporary hourly-intermittent, aligned with Federal Work Study.

You will assist K-6 students to improve reading skills, work one-on-one or in small groups, and perform other duties as assigned. Eligible undergraduate students must meet enrollment and Financial Aid requirements; background checks apply.

Qualifications

A valid California Driver's License.
Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six Fall/Spring units.
Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
Enrolled in an English, Liberal Studies, Child Development, or Communications program (preferred but not required), with an interest in teaching others to read, serving the community, and working with children.

Position Summary
Multiple temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant positions available in Financial Aid.
Start Date
Positionsavailable on or after October 1, 2026 and ending on or before May 21, 2027. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
