Job summary

Ampact is seeking Reading Tutors for the 2026-27 school year to help students improve their reading skills in Cambridge, Wisconsin. The role involves leading tutoring sessions, tracking progress, and conducting assessments. Tutors are expected to commit 35 hours per week with daytime hours following school schedules.

Full-time AmeriCorps members receive a stipend, and part-time roles at 25 hours per week are also available. Join us in making a difference in students' lives!

Qualifications

• Must have a history of good attendance.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including email.
• Must be a citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and provide support to students.
• Track student progress and conduct skill assessments.
• Meet regularly with the school's on-site coach.
