Job summary

Ampact is seeking a Reading Tutor to join Reading Corps in Wisconsin for the 2026-27 school year. Tutors will provide individualized reading support to students, working closely with a school coach to track student progress and develop skills.

This position requires dependability, basic computer proficiency, and fluency in English. Positions are available full-time at 35 hours per week or part-time at 25 hours per week. Compensation includes a bi-weekly stipend.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to the 2026-27 school year from August 2026 to June 2027.
• Must pass a background check.
• Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and monitor student progress.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores.
• Communicate regularly with the on-site coach.
