Reading Corps, powered by AmeriCorps and administered by Ampact, is seeking a Reading Tutor to support students at a local school in Macon, GA. You will deliver proven reading activities, follow a set schedule, and coach students through short daily practice sessions.

Qualifications
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online).
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
Responsibilities
- Be a caring adult who's focused on helping children thrive
- Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support
- Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach
- Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores in data software
