Ampact is seeking a Reading Tutor to support students' reading skills in Macon, Georgia. In this role, you'll work directly with students, leading sessions aimed at improving their reading abilities. You will be trained to deliver effective activities and assess student progress.

The position runs from August 2026 to May 2027, offering daytime hours during the school week. Full-time positions offer a stipend every two weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and ensure schedules are followed.
• Track student progress and meet with school's on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores in data software.
