Ampact is seeking a Reading Tutor for the 2026-2027 school year in Montgomery, Minnesota. As a Reading Tutor, you will support students in improving their reading skills at local schools. This position includes training, tutoring sessions for student pairs, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on their educational journey.

The role is part-time (25 hours/week) or full-time (35 hours/week) with scheduled hours aligning with school times, ensuring you have time off on holidays and school release days.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic computer skills, such as email and navigating online.
• Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
• 18 years of age or older and a citizen, national, or lawful resident.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and follow schedules for student support.
• Track student progress and meet with the on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores in data software.
