Job summary

Cambridge Public Schools is seeking a part-time Reading Tutor to provide reading services to JC at NEA under the Office of Student Services. The contract runs from September 23, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with compensation not to exceed $5,400.

The hourly rate will be determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement or individual rate, and overtime will be paid at time and a half for hours over 40 per week where applicable.

Qualifications

• Special Education teaching license is required.
• Part-time reading tutor position.
• Contract: Sep 23, 2026 – Jun 30, 2027.
• Total contract amount not to exceed $5,400.

Responsibilities

• Provide reading services to JC at NEA.
• Deliver reading interventions as assigned.
• Maintain attendance and progress records.
