NorthStar School of Innovation & Leadership in Cleveland, Ohio, is hiring a Title 1 Teacher (Reading) to join ACCEL Schools’ network. The role focuses on delivering differentiated reading instruction, using approved curricula that reflect diverse backgrounds, and supporting student growth in a high-need urban setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active Ohio teaching license, a Bachelor's in education, and excels in communication and collaboration with families and staff.

Competenze

• Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Coaching environment with frequent observations and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Ability to supervise students in varied school settings.
• Pass federal and state background checks.
• Experience in urban environments.
