The position is full-time and pays $100 per hour. The total caseload is currently 27 students. Working hours are 7:15 AM–2:15 PM, and the position is available to start ASAP.

• Employ a range of evidence-based teaching strategies and materials to enhance learning

• Keep detailed records of student progress and assessment results

• Must have an MA Reading Specialist/Teacher License
• OG and Wilson Certified preferred
• Previous experience as a Reading Specialist or in a related educational role
• Strong grasp of evidence-based reading instruction methods
• Ability to assess individual student needs and develop effective intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility in adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
