Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education is required.
• Valid PA reading specialist (PK-12) certification is required.
• Experience as Reading Specialist or similar role, preferably in a middle school.
• Strong understanding of reading development, instructional strategies, and assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

This full-time position requires a dynamic individual who can assess student needs, develop tailored instructional strategies, and collaborate with teachers and parents to enhance reading proficiency across all grade levels. Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify students' reading levels and literacy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized and group reading intervention plans.

Requirements
