Responsibilities

• Provide small-group reading and math tutoring to students
• Implement Braintrust Tutors intervention programs with fidelity
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Maintain accurate attendance and performance records
• Collaborate with Operations team and school staff
• Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment
• Follow school-site procedures and maintain professionalism
• Use assessments and progress monitoring tools to guide instruction
• Manage time to complete planned activities
