Job summary

MasteryPrep is hiring engaging, high-energy tutors to support middle and high school students with math and reading test preparation. This is a great opportunity for teachers, tutors, coaches, or individuals passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed.

Tutors deliver live instruction at multiple campuses, travel locally for weekday in-person events, and maintain reliable attendance. A Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license are required; teaching certification is not

Qualifications

Teaching experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel locally/regionally for weekday in-person events.
Ability to work onsite and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

Deliver live instruction to middle and high school students at multiple campuses.
Engage students using an energetic, clear, and encouraging teaching style.
Create a positive, supportive learning environment.
Support student growth in math and reading skills.
Maintain reliable attendance and professionalism during scheduled sessions.
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and school partners as needed.
