Qualifications

Currently pursuing or holds a degree in Education, English, Middle/Secondary Humanities, Literacy, or a related field.
Interest in learning and applying structured literacy methodologies and Science of Reading practices.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 12:30/1:00 PM when school is in session.

Responsibilities

Push-In & Small-Group Support: Provide dynamic push-in literacy support in 7th-grade ELA and Humanities classrooms.
Assessment & Data Tracking: Support reading assessments and monitor student progress to inform instruction.
Instructional Collaboration: Work with 7th-grade ELA/Humanities teachers to align reading strategies.
Evidence-Based Practice: Apply Science of Reading principles in practice.
Classroom & Culture Support: Help foster a positive, structured learning environment.
