Job summary

Springboard Collaborative is seeking a Cluster Leader in Philadelphia to coordinate literacy programs across school sites, supervise Program Leaders and teachers, and report to the Program Director. The role emphasizes data-informed decision making, strong collaboration with families, and alignment with district expectations.

The position is part-time, non-benefits-eligible, hybrid, and requires on-ground after-school support with 110 hours across 15 weeks, including pre-programming.

Qualifications

• Literacy expert with extensive knowledge of PreK-3rd grade content.
• Experience using data to drive program goals and improve literacy outcomes.
• Strong coaching skills with ability to support reports toward professional goals.
• Experience leveraging data management systems and visualization tools to track student progress.
• High level of technical fluency and comfort using technology to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support programming and ensure adherence to daily schedules.
• Coach Program Leaders and teachers; lead meetings and PLCs.
• Build partnerships with families and coordinate family workshops.
• Utilize data to meet performance metrics and drive actions.
• Maintain regular communication with school leaders and administrators.
