Job summary

East Stroudsburg University is seeking student workers for the Reading Department to assist with daily office duties. Responsibilities include greeting students and campus visitors, answering phones, delivering mail, making copies, and supporting professors at events.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, professionalism, and reliability from an enrolled undergraduate student. Hourly rate is $10.00 with up to 20 hours per week, subject to change.

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate student at East Stroudsburg University.
• Must be professional, organized and dependable with a high degree of integrity.
• Report to work as scheduled and complete assignments.
• Must have a positive attitude and be courteous with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support students, campus visitors and other professionals with department resources.
• Answer phones and take messages when necessary.
• Handle and deliver mail daily.
• Make copies as requested and assist professors with special events.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical behavior; perform other duties as assigned by department chair/Secretary.
