Phase2 Technology is looking for a Readiness Specialist to contribute to military readiness by leveraging advanced tools and technology. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in the defense enterprise and must possess a Bachelor's degree as well as a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within or supporting the Department of War
• Experience with military readiness, including personnel, equipment, training, and infrastructure
• Experience with Defense Readiness Reporting System - Strategic (DRRS-S)
• Experience developing and presenting briefings to senior military leaders
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice if you have

• Experience as a 13S or FA40
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
