Role Description

We are seeking motivated, detail-orientedEntry-Level Readiness Leadersto join our team. This position is ideal forrecent college graduatesor individuals early in their careers who are interested in project readiness, coordination, and operational support.No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided.

Position Overview

The Entry-Level Readiness Leader will support project teams by assisting with readiness planning, coordination, and reviews to help ensure projects are prepared for successful execution. This role offers hands‑on training and growth opportunities in project readiness and review processes.

Key Responsibilities
