You will support readiness planning, coordination, and reviews, growing with mentorship from senior staff and opportunities to advance into more senior readiness or project roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in progress.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn readiness processes and tools.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support readiness planning and project preparation activities.
• Assist with readiness checklists, documentation, and tracking.
• Participate in readiness reviews alongside senior team members.
• Help identify gaps, risks, and action items impacting readiness.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather required information.
• Maintain accurate readiness records and status updates.
