Zusammenfassung

Defense Threat Reduction Agency seeks a Readiness & Doctrine Specialist to manage Agency-level readiness reporting, develop JMETL, and ensure comprehensive DRRS implementation. The role requires coordinating with the Joint Staff, CCMDs, and interagency partners to align capabilities and reports.

The incumbent will conduct monthly DRRS reviews, provide expert training on readiness processes, and contribute to policy reviews and doctrine development while maintaining DRRS administration.

Qualifikationen

Specialized experience in defense readiness reporting and DRRS systems.
Experience with Joint Mission Essential Task List (JMETL) development.
Ability to liaise with Joint Staff, CCMD staffs, and interagency partners.
Strong writing, briefing and training delivery skills.

Aufgaben

Serve as Agency expert for Agency-level readiness reporting and DRRS programs.
Provide information on DoD readiness systems and synchronize reporting.
Interface with Joint Staff, OSW, CCMD staffs, and interagency partners to ensure JMETL-based reporting.
Conduct monthly DRRS reviews and provide customer training.
Prepare formal Agency responses to Joint Forces Readiness Review and Joint Training Plan, and create user manuals.
