Zusammenfassung

Capella Partners LLC is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) for OUSD(P&R). You will turn operational needs into clear requirements and work with government stakeholders, users, and technical teams to sustain and modernize DRRS.

You’ll gather and document requirements, lead interviews, translate needs into user stories, maintain traceability, support testing, and surface trends to improve quality and process across the program.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, computer science, systems engineering, data analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of requirements, business, or systems analysis in a DoD or federal environment.
• Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, and meeting-facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance and access credentials.
• Preferred: DRRS or DoD readiness-reporting experience, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, technical, and reporting requirements.
• Lead interviews and working sessions with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.
• Translate readiness needs into user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain requirements traceability and support backlog refinement, release planning, and change control.
• Support functional and user acceptance testing to validate delivered capabilities.
• Analyze readiness data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities to improve quality and process.
