Job summary

FieldLevel, Inc. is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the Women's Soccer program at Glenville State University, an NCAA Division II school in the Mountain East Conference.

This role offers hands-on coaching experience and the chance to grow within collegiate athletics. The GA will support training sessions, film analysis, goalkeeper development, recruiting, and day-to-day operations, while helping foster a competitive, positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Acceptance into a Glenville State University graduate program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for coaching and developing student-athletes.
• Previous playing and/or coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning and execution of daily training sessions and practices.

Graduate Assistant – Women's Soccer

Glenville State University is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Graduate Assistant for the Women's Soccer Program. Competing in the Mountain East Conference at the NCAA Division II level, this position offers an outstanding opportunity for an aspiring coach looking to build a career in collegiate athletics.

The Graduate Assistant will work closely with the head coach and coaching staff in all aspects of the program, including:

• Assisting with the planning and execution of daily training sessions and practices
• Film breakdown, analysis, and opponent scouting
• Goalkeeper training and development
• Recruiting prospective student-athletes
• Assisting with game day operations and other program responsibilities as assigned

We are looking for a coach who brings high energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, contribute new ideas, and help build a competitive and positive team culture.
