Haven is hiring an Accommodation Cleaning Coach in Weymouth for a part-time seasonal role, focusing on Mondays and Fridays. You will lead, support and train a team of cleaners to keep caravans, lodges, chalets, and apartments pristine for arriving guests.

Key Responsibilities

• - Conduct quality checks of each unit, offering constructive feedback, support, andassistancetomaintainhigh standards.
• - Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are used effectively and stored safely.
• -Maintaina safe, compliant environment, that upholds our commitment to quality and safety.

Requirements

• - Experience in cleaning or housekeeping, as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Cleaner,is valued but not essential; we provide training.
• - Ability to lead and motivate a team withgood communicationskills.
• - High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• -Good timemanagement and organisational skills.
• - Flexibility to work bank holidays and school holidays, as required.
