Paramount Personnel is seeking M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operatives for Warminster. You will set up temporary traffic controls, man road closures and operate stop/go boards as part of a team, on-site. CSCS preferred, Lantra M1/2 certification, and willingness to work shifts, including nights, are expected.

The role is temporary with potential to become permanent after 3 months; PAYE engagement with holiday pay from day one, weekly pay, and overtime rates are provided.

• Willingness to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
• Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request

M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operative - Warminster

Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Warminster area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board and other Traffic Management roles.

Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:-

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to carry out work to a high standard

Applicants must have:

Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential)

CSCS card (Preferred)

Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours

Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request

Driving License (Preferred)

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday , days or nights.

Rate of Pay:

£13.00 per hour

These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:

Accrued Holiday Pay from day one

Weekly Pay

Overtime at overtime rates

No umbrella payments or fees

Only Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip.

This will start as a temporary role, but will become permanent after 3 months.
